Flexibility

We start with the presumption that people are adults, committed to doing their job. We give people flexibility to adjust their schedule and manage their time to best fit their life within the expectations of their roles.

Change

Healthcare is changing rapidly and so do we. We believe that the best thing we can do to protect the job security of our employees is to run hard at the changes that make us better and keep our company secure.

Openness

Through a variety of forums, such as our monthly company-wide update call, our plans and direction are shared with our teams so they can know what is driving our leadership and the decisions we are making.

Collaboration

Our work is complex and often requires multiple people with varying skills to come together. This shows up as groups of people sharing information and working together to find solutions for our clients.

Challenge

Because we believe in our people, we regularly challenge them to push for improvements or solve big problems. We ask for hard, meaningful accomplishments…and then we celebrate and recognize the people who are responsible and deserve the credit.

Fun

We work hard but try not to take ourselves too seriously. We have a variety of events throughout the year that give us all time to connect with one another on a personal, non-work level.
