Tim Coan – Founder, Chief Executive Officer

Along with Tim Griffin, Tim is one of the founders of ALN and has served as its Chief Executive Officer since inception in 2000. Tim directs ALN’s overall strategy and business development efforts. One of his primary roles is helping ALN’s clients develop their future business strategy. He is a frequent national speaker on healthcare issues and writes a blog  on matters that are important to independent physicians.

Tim Griffin – Founder, President and Chief Operating Officer

Tim is also a founder of ALN and serves as President and Chief Operating Officer. He is responsible for the day to day operations of the company. Tim combines a rare blend of business acumen, a process orientation, and a deep understanding of information technology to architect our solutions to meet the current and future needs of our clients.

Eliot Payson – Chief Information Officer

Eliot is ALN’s Chief Information Officer and is responsible for the overall technology direction and delivery at ALN. This includes the provision of the underlying technical and business process architecture for ALN’s revenue cycle management and EMR solutions. Eliot brings a unique combination of business and technology skills to help our clients move forward into a technology-enabled future.

Jaime Cabrera – Vice President, Client Management

Jaime serves as the client executive for several of our large clients, where she coordinates both revenue cycle management and information technology solutions.  She brings extensive experience in both physician practice operations and EMR implementations to her clients.

Jean Dowling – Vice President, Revenue Cycle Operations

Jean oversees revenue cycle management operations at ALN.  Her in depth knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle processes along with her years of experience bring a drive for high quality and performance to support client goals and the patients they serve.

Becky Kopecky – Vice President, Business Intelligence

Becky oversees new client on-boarding as well as business intelligence at ALN.  Her revenue cycle on-boarding expertise along with her reporting and analytical background helps our clients smoothly transition to ALN while gaining valuable insight to drive change within their organization.

Julie Huffman – Chief Financial Officer

Julie oversees all corporate finance, accounting, human resource and administration functions. She combines her background in healthcare accounting with many years managing our billing operations to bring a unique client-orientation to our support services.
